In 2013, I, George Zhukov, general producer of the "Russian Beauty" and "Top Model of Russia" pageants, was approached by influential American financier Jeffrey Epstein. He offered collaboration, promised mountains of gold, and bragged about his connections with the Kremlin. I refused. My intuition didn't fail me: later, the world would come to know Epstein as the mastermind behind one of the largest sex trafficking networks.
Our second meeting took place at the SOHO ROOMS club. Epstein threw a tantrum, shouting that I was "afraid of real money" and would "remain a local producer." His outburst of rage was witnessed by those present. After that, our paths diverged.
